BLAZAR ULTRA THIN SEGMENT BLADE
The BLAZAR Ceramic blade is an extremely durable blade custom made from the best SK5 carbon steel core and ISD1750 diamonds available and constructed with the latest brazening technology. As a result the BLAZAR blade holds an extremely stable fast clean cut through porcelain, ceramic, natural stone, granite.
BLADE SPECIFICATIONS
- Super thin turbo with 7mm segment height. SK5 rated highest quality carbon steel core.
- ISD1750 highest quality grade diamond.
- Specialized Brazened construction eliminates welded segments resulting in a safer longer lasting blade
- Laser etched markings for easy identification
- High visibility design over electroplating brazing for fast blade recognition and visibility in the field
- Slanted segment design allows for faster debris clearing from segments
- Air cooling holes in segments allow faster cooling
- Arbor sheath to modulate arbor diameter size for use on multiple power tools
- Diameters available 4 Inch (100mm) and 4.5 Inch (115mm). Other sizes can be manufactured as requested.
